Meet Leo Do from Vietnam.
Leo is studying the Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management [099074G/CRS1400588] at TAFE SA, combining his love of food with a bigger goal: understanding how the industry works from every angle.
From industry excursions and field trips to five-star hotels, Leo is embracing every chance to learn and grow. He was recently selected to compete in the 2026 NestlΓ© Golden Chefβs Hat Award, which brings together emerging culinary talent from across Australia and New Zealand to showcase their skills in live cook-offs judged to international standards π¨βπ³π

Meet Anh Nguyen π±
Anh joined the Certificate III in Horticulture [117361C/AHC30722] at TAFE SA to build practical skills for a new career.
With hands-on training, field trips, and support from experienced lecturers at Urrbrae Campus, the course gave Anh the confidence to pursue sustainable horticulture.
