It might take you 30 days to create a habit, but that habit could change your life for the next 30 years.
It might take you 1 hour to complete a workout, but it will keep you in a good mood for the next 12 hours.
It might take you 30 minutes to complete a morning routine, but it will build momentum for the rest of the day.
It might take you 5 hours to read a book, but you’ll keep the knowledge forever.
It might take you 3 months to learn a new skill, but that skill could make you millions.
Long term thinking is the key.

People come to your fitness business for one reason.
To get results.
They stay because they feel welcomed, supported and part of something bigger than just another gym membership.
Recently, I ran a training for my coaching clients on how improving retention can dramatically increase revenue.
The reality is, most fitness business owners spend all their time focused on getting new clients and very little time focused on keeping the ones they already have.
Yet retention is one of the fastest ways to grow your business.
A few small improvements to your numbers can have a huge impact on your revenue over the next 30 days.
Because growth isn’t just about acquisition.
It’s about increasing the number of new clients coming in while reducing the number leaving.
That’s why it’s so important to know your numbers.
You can’t improve what you don’t measure.
For many parts of the world, you’re heading into the colder months. Motivation starts to drop, attendance becomes inconsistent and cancellations can increase if you’re not proactive.
The most successful fitness businesses don’t leave retention to chance. They create systems, experiences and communities that keep clients engaged long after the initial motivation wears off.
When you focus on the right areas, you can create record months regardless of the season.
I currently have 2 private coaching spots available.
If you’re ready to create more clients, more income and more freedom without working longer hours, send me a PM and I’ll send you the details.

If I think a $595 Prada scrunchie is overpriced, that’s not Prada’s problem.
They have plenty of people who love their products and happily pay for them.
The same goes for your business.
If someone thinks your services are too expensive, that’s not your problem either.
You won’t be the right fit for everyone.
You’re the right fit for the people who value what you do, appreciate the results you create and are happy to invest in working with you.
Which is why you can’t base your pricing on what everyone else charges.
You have to set your prices based on what feels right for you, the value you provide and the business you’re trying to build.
There’s nothing wrong with charging what you charge.
It’s simply a decision you need to be fully behind.
Because the most expensive thing in business isn’t your pricing.
It’s undercharging to win the approval of people who were never going to buy from you anyway.
A client told me she had 8 new sign ups in 24 hours from one organic post.
When your offer genuinely adds value that they can’t get anywhere else dream clients flock to you.

My #1 business rule: Don’t start the day until you feel good.
This morning, one of my clients said, “I started focusing on what I wanted every morning before I did anything else and everything shifted in just one week.”
✔︎ Clients started reaching out.
✔︎ Money started flowing in.
✔︎ And now she feels calm, clear and certain.
Because who you’re being is always creating what you’re experiencing.
Same thoughts → same emotions → same actions → same results.
You can’t create a new reality from an old identity.
That’s why so many business owners feel stuck. They’re still thinking, feeling and showing up as the version of themselves who created their current level.
They’re trying to create a different outcome while spending most of their day focused on the same things:
The clients they don’t have, sales they didn’t make, income goal they haven’t reached.
She didn’t need another strategy.
She needed to change what she was focusing on.
Everything changed when she stopped focusing on what was missing and started focusing on where she was going.
Because when you’re constantly focused on the absence of something, you keep reinforcing the fact that it’s not here.
But when you focus on what you want, expect it and move towards it, your thoughts, energy and actions start working together instead of against you.
Because you’re no longer broadcasting lack.
The same actions → different energy.
The same business → new results.
And when that happens, you become magnetic + everything you desire starts coming your way and that’s when miracles happen.
Here’s the #1 thing I’ve learned from helping 1,000+ women build six, multi six, and seven figure fitness businesses:
People can take all the action in the world.
But if their mindset, beliefs, and patterns aren’t aligned with where they’re trying to go, they’ll keep recreating the same results.
Because business growth isn’t just about what you do.
It’s about who you become while you’re doing it.
If I think Louis Vuitton is overpriced it's not Louis Vuitton's problem.
They have plenty of people that love their products and happily pay.
Same goes for your business.
If someone thinks that your services are overpriced is not your problem.
You won't be right for everyone.
You are right for your tribe who will love, value and happily pay for your services.
Which is why you can't base your pricing on what someone else charges.
You have to set the price as to what feels right for you.
It's not wrong to price what you offer.
It's just a choice that you can get behind.
The only thing that's too expensive is the approval of people who just don't get you and never will.
When you buy any service from a small business or hire a coach you aren't just buying an hour or more of their time.
You're buying…
All the the books they have read.
The 1000's hours they've invested in studying and learning to refine their craft.
The many experts they've learnt from.
The years of life experience they’ve had implementing + refining to help you get faster results.
The mistakes they've made so you don’t have to repeat them.
The $100 000's + they've invested in trainings, courses, programs, certifications and degrees.
The work they put into their content, their community to create an environment you feel safe in that helps you grow and get the result you desire faster.
Consider carefully before you tell a personal trainer, coach or small business that their service or product isn't worth the price.
You don't know the price they've paid to offer it to you.
Just dropping a truth bomb that will save you cash.
Pouring money into ads won’t fix your business is if you’re not working on your mindset & identity in some way shape or form.
Well how do I know if I have a mindset or a strategy problem?
You’ve been doing all the actions ie. following the ‘blueprint’ and your income is still the same and you feel stuck.
For example if you have a belief ‘If I want to earn more I have to do more’ or ‘I’m tired now how could I handle more clients’ then no matter what action you take the unconscious part of your brain will keep you safe.
Insert 100’s of other beliefs - we all have them.
The key is having self awareness to identify what’s holding you back so you can change that and continue to move forward.
