💻🗒CAREER & CREATIVITY🗒💻- Primary Food

Planning ahead is exciting! Building my business and taking time to plan out, create, develop and grow it into my dream takes time but is important to me so I can be coaching full time one day 👩🏼‍🏫

✨What is your ‘dream job’?
✨Where do you want to be in 1 year?
✨Where do you want to be in 5 years?
✨Maybe write it down, put it somewhere you can frequently look at and work towards your goal ✍🏽

✔️Always remember - Progress over Perfection👌🏽

👼🏼PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION👼🏼

I have really been thinking about this a lot over the past fews days. Since being pregnant with my son, so much has changed in my personal life and in the entire world!

In the endless lockdowns, I felt like I had lost the ‘fire’ for pursuing my passion to be a practicing Health Coach and my dream to become a Nutritionist.
But the 🔥fire🔥 is back and I am more determined than ever to get coaching again and have a plan to further my Nutrition studies!

I try to keep myself in check and remember PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION! This was a motto throughout my studies at and it really helped me reset.

I am focusing on what I want and also appreciating what I have achieved in the last 2 years. When I look at my son I feel complete happiness and also determination for the future, now more than ever! 🌱🤸🏽‍♀️💕

Let’s go 👊🏽

Home Grown Harvest - Radish!

Picking the first radishes from our garden for my lunch time salad. It is so satisfying to eat your own home grown produce.
Radishes grown so well in winter here in Melbourne.

☕️CREAMY CHAI LATTE☕️

I LOVE a hot home made chai on a cold morning! Drinking it on my couch in the warmth of the sun is bliss☀️

Here is the recipe for my style of warming chai below.

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup coconut milk - not from a can (I use coco quench)
• 1/2 cup oat milk
• 1 Tbsp black tea (you can use a tea bag but rip it open and use tea inside)
• 1 heaped Tbsp fresh ginger crushed a little (fresh is best) or 1/2 to 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 4 whole cloves
• 4 cardamon pods
• 1 star anise
• 1 tsp rice malt syrup
• optional extras:
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp mixed spice for an extra spicy kick.

METHOD
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan/pot and bring to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, turn down to medium/low and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
2. Strain through a sieve into your mug, add 1 tsp of rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice and enjoy!
Or you can strain into a blender like I do and add 1 tsp of pure virgin coconut oil and 1 tsp of rice malt syrup and blend on high for 10-20 seconds - this makes it extra frothy and creamy. Sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top if you wish and ENJOY.
🙏🏿❤️
