Combining the Vegetable gardens with composting, worm farming and the use of rain water and low volume drip irrigation, we intend to create a sustainable waste wise garden that will benefit the school community in many ways. Giving the students responsibility for sections of the garden and having them involved from planting through to harvesting and all that goes between, they are gaining an understanding of not only the processes but also the many benefits from growing your own produce.
