I bloody love being given the opportunity to geek out over breathwork, diving into the science behind it, exploring how we should be breathing on a daily basis for better health and wellbeing, and sharing practical breath tools for regulation that can be used both personally and in the classroom with students (if only I had these tools back in my high school days!)

I grew up playing football in perth, it was my passion for years. so being able to now give back to local football clubs through breathwork feels pretty special, we covered all things breath from HRV, performance & recovery to regulating the nervous system. Iβm grateful to be in this position and I donβt take this work for granted.
