The children in the Giraffe room have been learning all about Lemons in our recent inquiry project.

Last week the children enjoyed exploring lemon oobleck in a fun sensory experience, using their hands and imagination to mis, scoop,pour and squeeze. We loved smelling the fresh lemon scent, turning the tray into a pastel yellow colour and unique texture that was both runny and firm, all while building fine motor skills,communication and creativity 🍋🍋

A little glimpse into our Bear Hunt inspired Mothers Group yesterday 🐻🤎

Amara Early Learning invites you and your child to our “Bear Hunt” themed Mothers Group morning, featuring sensory tray play, a light morning tea, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other families ✨

Our Mothers’ Day activities are underway! As the children thread flowers through a cardboard vase guide. This hands on- activity supported fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and creativity, while encouraging connection with nature 🌺🪻🌹💐
