👉🏼Anxiety feels urgent, loud and spiralling. It keeps asking "but what if" over and over without ever landing anywhere. It’s like a restless echo in your mind, jumping from one imagined scenario to the next, never allowing a moment of stillness. Even small, ordinary decisions can feel loaded with hidden consequences, and your body tenses as if bracing for impact. The thoughts spin faster, feeding off each other, leaving you exhausted yet unable to switch off, like being trapped in a loop that refuses to quiet down.
Intuition feels quiet, steady, and clear, like a gentle current that flows beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. It does not panic or rush; it simply exists with a calm assurance, offering guidance without demands. Unlike the voice of fear, which shouts and scatters your thoughts, intuition whispers consistently, saying the same thing each time you become still enough to truly listen. It waits patiently, never forcing itself, and when you allow yourself to pause and breathe, its clarity becomes undeniable, like a soft inner knowing that guides you towards what feels true and aligned.🌿
