Kyeemagh Public School, "the country school in city", is a wonderful K-6 school which focuses on nurturing the whole child. Our door is always proudly open!

We are currently taking enrolments for next year. This page is administered by the Kyeemagh Public School administration staff. Due to the small nature of our school, responses may take up to 2 business days. If you require further information about our school please feel free to ask us or contact the school directly on 9567 5819. The school welcomes visitors at all times, and we also run Open Day

🌟 What a fantastic week we've had at Kyeemagh! Our K-2 students truly shone at their Athletics Carnival, showing amazing spirit, energy, and teamwork. We couldn’t be prouder of their enthusiasm and sportsmanship! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🎉

Looking ahead, next week is packed with excitement:

🐠 On Wednesday, our K-2 students will dive into an unforgettable adventure at the Sydney Aquarium. Get ready to explore the wonders of the underwater world and meet some incredible sea creatures!

🚦 Thursday is all about staying safe with the NRMA Road Safety program, which all of our students will participate in. It’s so important to learn how to be safe and smart on the roads.

📝 And on Friday afternoon, Semester 1 reports will be available for parents and carers via School Bytes. Be sure to check them out to celebrate your child’s progress and achievements!

🌟 Hello, wonderful school community! We hope everyone had a relaxing and joyful long weekend filled with fun and family time. 🌈

This week has been full of memorable moments! Our curious Kindergarten friends said a fond farewell to their little ducklings, a special experience that helped them learn all about living things and caring for nature. 🐥💖

We are incredibly proud to share that our Sydney East Cross Country representative gave it their all and finished an impressive 28th out of 64 strong competitors. What an achievement! 🏃‍♂️👏

Looking ahead to next week, our K-2 students are gearing up for an exciting athletics carnival right here at school. It promises to be a fantastic day packed with fun, friendship, and plenty of personal bests. We can’t wait to see all the smiles and cheers! 🎉🥇

A quick note: unfortunately, Mr Louey has had to cancel this week’s school tour due to a scheduling conflict. But don’t worry—it will be rescheduled for next term, and we’ll share the new date soon.

What a fantastic and memorable week at Kyeemagh PS! 🎉 Our students finished Reconciliation Week with the Djalgala Baya Incursion, discovering the power of talking and connecting with others. 🗣️💬 It was wonderful to see everyone actively participating and embracing the lessons about respect and the importance of sharing our stories. A huge thank you to our presenters for inspiring us all! 🙌

The excitement didn’t stop there—our amazing spellers took the stage in this week’s Spelling Bee competition. 🐝📚 Every participant gave it their best, showing great courage and commitment. Congratulations to those moving forward to represent Kyeemagh PS at the zone finals! 🏅 We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see you shine.

🌟 What a fantastic week we've had at our school – even with the wet weather, spirits stayed high and learning was in full swing! 🌧️🙂

Our Year 1 students have all completed their number screening checks. This important milestone helps our teachers plan tailored units that truly meet each student's needs, setting everyone up for success.

During Reconciliation Week, all students have been learning a new word each day in Indigenous languages, enriching our understanding and respect for cultural heritage. Next week, we’re thrilled to welcome some adorable ducklings as part of the Hatch and Grow program! Our Kindergarten students will have the wonderful opportunity to learn about living things up close and personal.

To continue our Reconciliation Week celebrations, students will participate in the Djalgala Baya Incursion, where they’ll discover how having a yarn is an important part of learning and school life. It’s shaping up to be an inspiring and educational experience for everyone.

Last week was packed with excitement and learning. Our Book Fair was a huge success—thank you to everyone who came along and supported our love of reading! 📚✨ Meanwhile, our talented choir students showcased their skills at the SPAF rehearsals held at Oatley West PS. They made us proud with their enthusiasm and beautiful voices! 🎶🎤

Mr Macdonald also had an amazing time taking a group of our Inclusive Hub students to the Boccia competition, where teamwork and sportsmanship shone bright. Well done to all involved! 🏆🤩

Looking ahead to this week, we’re proudly celebrating National Reconciliation Week, embracing understanding and respect as a school community. 🌏❤️

Our Year 3-6 students, along with Year 2s turning 8, are gearing up to compete in the 2026 Athletics Carnival—get ready for some friendly competition and school spirit! 🏅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

And don’t forget National Simultaneous Storytime! Students will be enjoying the delightful story “Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller,” written by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd and illustrated by Jake Minton. A perfect way to celebrate reading and imagination together! 📖🦘
