We’re very excited to be launching our new podcast: MakerSpace!
Sam Burrows will be hosting this new addition to our media offerings, engaging with world leading scholars in their areas of expertise. The podcast will discuss the links between what we believe, what happens in the classroom, and the cultural changes that we’re in dialogue with. We want to equip our listeners with the richest available thinking and being transformed by how the gospel speaks to it all. We anticipate episodes will be released fortnightly.

We have schools all over Australia, many are deeply connected to First Nations' communities. This week we take the opportunity to reflect on the grief and lasting pain inflicted on our First Nation People. We seek a hope filled future, praying for grace and His guidance as we walk together with our First Nations' brothers and sisters.

Are you considering studying with us in Semester 3?
We are pleased to be offering EDU576 Reforming Leadership: Overseeing Change and Continuity. Course: Master of Education (Leadership)
Subject Description:
Leaders have the dual responsibility to maintain the foundational vision of a school while overseeing mandated and desired change. The term “reforming leadership” has been used because it has connotations with both continuity and change. Christian reformers made changes by going back to foundations.
This subject will enable school leaders (and aspiring leaders) critically reflect on and affirm the foundational vision of the school; identify the school culture and practices that either support or hinder this vision; and initiate vision congruent change.
The subject also provides leaders and developing leaders with insights into the complex nature of the change process especially in terms of the various stakeholder groups within the school community. Leaders and those aspiring to lead will be assisted in appreciating the important aspects of worldview and meaning held by various leading educators involved in educational change.
