Even when I'm off the grid these come with me ๐
Just got back from a weekend away surrounded by nature and these were part of the routine the whole time. ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ธ, ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐บ, ๐ฅ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ด, ๐ฅ๐๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ผ๐น๐ฑ. All the products I use daily no matter where I am.
There's something about having that consistency even when everything else around you is different. New environment, different schedule, mountains instead of my usual backdrop, but the basics stay the same.
ASEA has genuinely become part of how I support my body day to day. Whether I'm at home or out camping in the middle of nowhere, it's just part of the routine now.

Not all wellness looks like a workout or a meal plan.
We talk a lot about movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery. All important. ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ด ๐ฎ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ต๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐น.
This weekend reminded me of that. Good company, easy conversation, the kind of time where nobody's checking their phone or rushing to the next thing. Just being present with people who genuinely add something to your life.
And I think that's the part we overlook. Not just having people around. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ. The ones who fill you up rather than drain you. The ones you can be completely yourself with.
That's wellness too. Just as much as a workout or a good meal.

The weekend just reminded me of something I keep forgetting.
We say it all the time. Fill your cup. Look after yourself. But when was the last time you actually stopped and thought about what fills yours?
After a weekend away surrounded by nature, good company and birds that woke us up before the alarm ever could ๐ I came back realising how much I'd needed it without even knowing.
The things that fill us up are so personal. And so easy to put off.

I used to wear busyness like a badge.
Always something on. Always moving. Always tired but somehow convincing myself that meant I was doing well.
It took me a while to realise that ๐ฏ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด. At all.
๐๐๐๐ is filling your day.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ is actually moving something forward that matters to you.
And for a long time, I was doing a lot of the first and not nearly enough of the second.
This week I've been heads down working on something and it reminded me how good it feels to just be in it. Focused. Present. Moving forward on something that actually matters.
I'm still figuring it out honestly. But noticing the difference is a start.

Winter is the time I really notice the difference this makes.
When it's cold and grey and your body is working harder to stay warm and healthy, having something that supports you from the inside out just makes sense.
๐๐๐๐ has been part of my daily routine for a while now and the consistency of it is what I think makes all the difference. Morning and night without fail.
It's not a quick fix or a magic solution. It's more like ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ. Better energy, better balance, better recovery. Everything just functions a little better when your cells are supported properly.

I've been doing this for decades now and honestly the thing that keeps me going is ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ.
Not the programmes. Not the sessions. The actual humans who show up week after week, who trust me with their health and their time, who become part of something bigger than just a workout.
That means everything to me.
And I was thinking about it this morning over my coffee and I realisedโฆ I know so many of you. Some of you have been with me for years. Some of you just found your way here recently. And I love that this little community keeps growing.
But here's the thing. ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ.

Heading into the weekend feeling really full.
Looking at these photos and I just feel grateful all over again.
The outdoor sessions. The aqua classes. The ASEA community. The faces that keep coming back again and again. The ones who show up even when life is busy or hard or they really didn't feel like it.
This is what it's all about for me. Not the fitness. Not the programmes. ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ.
I feel genuinely lucky to do what I do and to have the people around me that I do. That's not something I take for granted. Not for a single second.
So, thank you. To everyone who shows up, who trusts me with their health and their time, who brings their energy into every session.
