My nephew Jake turned 9 and his request this year was a Pokemon cake featuring some of his favourite Pokemon!
He had a say in where he wanted them to go and placed them and the lightening on the cake himself.

Your Monster Truck cake was lots of fun to make!!
Bottom tier is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. Finished with fondant and edible images for checkerboard and flames.
Top tier is vanilla with white chocolate and chocolate ganache. Finished with fondant and then painted blue! Also edible images for the flames.
