National Textile Football Championship – Season 1

Uttara University Department of Textile Engineering bagged the tournament's Best Fair Play Award. And they finished the tournament as the 3rd best team in the tournament.
Team Manager Sheikh Farzana Akhtar accepted it on behalf of the team.

National Textile Football Championship 2026-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ম্যাচে UU Tex Soccers ২-১ গোলের ব্যবধানে NUB Textile Club-কে পরাজিত করে সেমিফাইনালে জায়গা করে নিয়েছে। 🔥

Tex Avengers Clinch Title in Textile Triumph Tournament 2025
Asutex presented Textile Triumph Tournament 2025, organized by the Department of Textile Engineering, Uttara University, concluded today after an exciting 14-day competition. A total of 10 teams participated, divided into two groups, where each team played four group-stage matches.

In the much-anticipated final, Textile Titans (Batch 22) faced Tex Avengers (Batch 27). After a competitive match, Tex Avengers secured victory by 1–0, becoming the champions of this year’s tournament.

Following the match, a prize-giving ceremony was held where Uttara University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Eaysmin Ara Lekha handed over the awards to the winners. Dr. Sayed Rashedul Islam, Chairman of the Department of Textile Engineering, was also present at the event.

The tournament successfully showcased the sportsmanship, teamwork, and competitive spirit of the participating textile students, making it a memorable event for the university community.
