A Message from our Founder and CEO
Shahriar Hossain Shagor
Judge, QCWC( Royal Commonwealth Society)

Shahriar Hossain Shagor, Founder and CEO of NextGen Doctors, is currently serving as a judge for the QCWC,Royal Commonwealth Society, United Kingdom.

In this global role, he has been evaluating written submissions from participants representing more than 22 countries across different regions of the world. A large number of submissions have come from countries including Australia, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

◼ During this judging experience, several important academic and creative writing patterns have become clearly visible.

➫ One of the most common issues is the lack of originality. Many participants include personal identifiers such as their country, school, or institution within their writing, which affects the expected standard of creative independence.

➫ Another major concern is the lack of depth in writing. Many submissions are based on memorized ideas rather than original thinking, reflection, and understanding. In some cases, AI generated content has also been used without proper analysis, personal interpretation, or creativity.

◉ Despite these challenges, he remains committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and academic integrity throughout the evaluation process.

➭ Strong and original submissions are being recognized with Gold Awards.

➭ Well structured and satisfactory works are being considered for Silver Awards.

➭ Submissions that fail to meet required standards or violate guidelines are unfortunately being disqualified.

● This experience highlights an important truth about education, creativity, and communication.

Writing is not only about using words. Writing represents thoughts, understanding, and perspective.

➫ To write effectively on any topic, students need to develop the habit of reading, observing, questioning, and understanding the world around them.

◼ Reading is not only an academic activity. It is the foundation of imagination, critical thinking, creativity, and communication.

Beyond textbooks, there is a world full of knowledge. Every experience, conversation, observation, and challenge can become a lesson if we are willing to learn.

➭ One of the biggest challenges today is the tendency to search for shortcuts instead of building skills through patience and consistent effort.

Many people believe they have unlimited time, but time is one of the most valuable resources we have.

● Success does not come only from memorization. It comes from discipline, curiosity, dedication, and continuous improvement.

➫ To all students:
He said "Believe in your potential. Your future is not defined only by your current position, background, or achievements."

You grow through your habits, your learning, your mindset, and your willingness to improve.

◉ Keep learning.
◉ Keep exploring.
◉ Keep improving.

➭ To parents and guardians:

Your guidance, support, and encouragement play a crucial role in shaping young minds. Education goes beyond grades and certificates. It is about developing responsible, thoughtful, and capable individuals.

● Blaming a generation will never create progress.

➫ Building a generation will.

Where Stories Meet Stories ❤️

Some collaborations do not just happen. They align.

We are excited to see NextGen Doctors stepping in as the Promotional Partner of the Scriptoria National Literary Fest, hosted by Dhaka University Writers' Hub.( DU Writers' Hub )

This is not only about a partnership title. It is about shared belief.

Two communities coming together with one understanding that students are not only learners. They are creators, thinkers, storytellers, and future leaders.

Scriptoria is a space where imagination takes shape, where words become identity, and where young voices grow into something lasting.

NextGen Doctors continues its journey of building confidence, communication, leadership, and purpose among students across Bangladesh. Not limited to one field, but expanding into expression, mindset, and growth.

When such platforms connect, something meaningful begins to form. Ideas move faster. Voices grow stronger. Creativity finds direction.

This is not formality. This is movement.

We look forward to seeing what this collaboration brings for the students who will shape tomorrow through it.

Eid Al-Adha Mubarak ✨🌙

On behalf of NextGen Doctors , we extend our heartfelt Eid greetings to all students across Bangladesh—from school, college, and university levels, and from every district, city, and village of our beloved country.

On this blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha, we pray that your life is filled with peace, clarity of purpose, and renewed strength to move forward in your journey.

Eid al-Adha is a reminder of sacrifice, patience, obedience, and compassion. It teaches us that true success is not only about achievement, but also about dedication, discipline, and the willingness to give for a greater purpose. As students, these values guide us every day—whether in classrooms, in preparation for exams, or in building our dreams for the future.

On behalf of NextGen Doctors, we humbly and proudly celebrate the birth anniversary of a timeless voice of courage and humanity ❤️

Happy Birthday to Kazi Nazrul Islam, the eternal Rebel Poet of Bengal. 😭

Born in 1899, Nazrul was not merely a poet,he was a rising storm of truth, a voice that refused silence in the face of injustice. His words carried fire, yet within that fire lived compassion; within his rebellion lived a deep love for humanity. Through immortal creations like “Bidrohi (The Rebel)”, he awakened sleeping minds and reminded the world that dignity is not given-it is claimed through courage.

He sang against oppression, wrote against division, and dreamed of a world where humanity stands above all barriers of religion, class, and fear. His poetry still breathes like living energy—calling every generation to rise, to question, and to stand unafraid.

As future doctors and healers, we honor his spirit-not only in literature, but in life. For his message is also ours: to serve humanity with courage, compassion, and unwavering truth.

Happy Birthday, Rebel Poet.
Your words still burn in silence—and guide us toward light.

One of the special highlights of the session was the “Interactive Award” segment at
Dhaka College which was introduced to appreciate the students who remained highly engaged, attentive, and actively involved throughout the lecture.

Through his interactive speaking style and practical approach, Shahriar Hossain Shagor, Founder & CEO of NextGen Doctors and Judge at QCWC (The Royal Commonwealth Society), made the entire session extremely interesting, effective, and impactful for the participants. His ability to connect with students created an environment where everyone felt encouraged to participate, share thoughts, and stay involved in the discussion.

At the end of the session, students who showed remarkable enthusiasm, interaction, curiosity, and dedication during the lecture were recognized with Interactive Awards as a token of appreciation for their active participation.

This reflects one of the core intentions of NextGen Doctors , to make learning more engaging, student-friendly, and inspiring rather than limiting education only to traditional discussion. We strongly believe that when students enjoy the learning process and feel encouraged to participate, they grow with greater confidence, motivation, and interest.

We will continue carrying this vision forward and keep creating impactful, interactive, and meaningful learning experiences for students in every possible way.
