Today, we proudly salute Tamia on an exceptional milestone as she graduates as a Homeschool Class of 2026 Honours Graduate, earning an impressive 3.87 CGPA and an outstanding 1460 SAT score—achievements that reflect not only intellectual brilliance but also unwavering perseverance and an unyielding commitment to excellence.

Tamia's academic journey has been anything but ordinary. After an exceptional performance in Grade 7, she was advanced directly to Grade 9, bypassing Grade 8 entirely. She continued to distinguish herself academically by earning eight A grades in the Bahamas Junior Certificate (BJC) examinations, demonstrating from an early age that she possessed the discipline, talent, and determination to excel at the highest level.

Yet, her greatest accomplishments cannot be measured by grades alone.

When faced with the unexpected challenge of transitioning from traditional public school to homeschooling because of her disability, Tamia refused to allow adversity to define her future.
