Organized exclusively for first-year law students, this competition provides an opportunity to experience the art of advocacy early in their legal education. Through legal research, drafting, and oral arguments, participants develop foundational skills that will support them throughout their law school journey and beyond.

Throwback Thursday to where it all began.

In 2021, the first-ever Jessup Team of JSW School of Law embarked on a journey that would lay the foundation for a lasting legacy.

From representing the law school for the very first time to earning the Best New Team Award, an Honorable Mention for Best New Law School, and securing a global ranking of 87th among 700+ participating law schools — this team made history.

Throwback Thursday to 2023, when our team proudly secured the 9th position out of 36 law schools at the 13th Amity International Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Amity Law School, New Delhi, India.

The competition focused on the theme: “Climate Change and Its Impact on Trade and Refugee Protection,” challenging participants to engage with some of the most pressing issues in international law today.

Representing the team were:
