Coinciding with the birth anniversary of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, Jetsun Pema, the Law and Democracy Club of the school organized a programme on Cybersecurity and Social Responsibility today to promote awareness among students on the responsible and ethical use of digital technology.
The programme featured a guest lecture by the Drangpoen of the Samdrup Choling Drungkhag Court. During the session, students were sensitized on important issues related to cybersecurity, including online safety, cyberbullying, protection of personal information, digital footprints, and the legal implications of cybercrimes. The speaker also emphasized the importance of social responsibility, ethical conduct, and respect for others while engaging in online platforms.
The programme served as a meaningful occasion to celebrate Her Majesty’s dedication to the wellbeing of the youth and the nation by encouraging students to become responsible, informed, and law-abiding digital citizens. The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where students actively engaged with the guest speaker and gained valuable insights into navigating the digital world safely and responsibly.

A Cambridge Aligned Curriculum Orientation was successfully held for students today. The session aimed to familiarize students with the major curriculum and assessment changes introduced for the current academic year.
During the orientation, students were briefed on key aspects of the revised curriculum, including subject-based assessment objectives, examination weightage, paper structure, classification of papers, and the time allocated for assessments across different key stages. The session provided students with a clear understanding of academic expectations and assessment requirements, enabling them to prepare effectively for their studies.

The school proudly welcomed back our student scouts, Norbu Choden and Sonam Rangdrol, who successfully represented the school at the National Scout Jamboree 2026.
