The Nazhoen Scouts’ spiritual hike to Choekhortse Lhakhang was a meaningful journey that combined physical activity with cultural and spiritual learning. The hike provided an opportunity for students to enjoy nature while developing discipline, teamwork, and respect for the environment. Upon reaching the lhakhang, the scouts made simple offerings with devotion and sincerity as a sign of respect to the sacred place. They also spent time learning about the importance of the lhakhang and its value in Bhutanese heritage. The experience helped them grow in both character and awareness, making the hike both educational and memorable.

It was a proud morning at assembly as we celebrated our top readers with the "Reader of the Month" award! These students have proven that reading is so much more than a hobby—it is a superpower that broadens horizons and builds knowledge. What makes this achievement extra special is how they are motivating their friends to read and explore new stories. Join us in congratulating these young literary stars!

Heartfelt appreciation is extended to Sonam Penjor of Class X for securing 3rd position in the High Jump event during the Thimphu Thromdey Athletic Meet. His outstanding performance, determination, and sportsmanship are truly commendable and serve as an inspiration to his peers.

Heartfelt appreciation is extended to Kinley Wangchuk of Class IX for successfully completing the International Scout Jamboree held in Paro. He was found demonstrating exceptional dedication, discipline, and active engagement throughout the programme, setting a strong example for his peers.

Today, Druk School proudly awarded certificates to students from Classes 7–10 who demonstrated excellence in Body, Speech, and Mind.
