💥Often than not, we find ourselves over compensating for what we lacked or was done to us as children in this parenting space. This denied us an opportunity to be present and respond to our children/situations as they trully are. Rather we act from a space of unresolved childhood trauma.

💥Sometimes we can even find ourselves unconsciously abusing our own kids because of low self esteem, anger or from repeating how we were parented.
