A special recognition goes to Mr. Zephi Membrano, who was part of our talented cast and brought Kai the Parrotfish to life through his voice performance in the film. 🎙️🐠 Your dedication and talent helped make the story engaging and memorable for audiences.

We also extend our congratulations to Ibrahiem Miller, another talented student of Itz'at STEAM Academy, for earning 1st Place in the Echoes of the Tide Video Competition. 🏆👏

-Liaise with the Ministry and oversee payroll for support staff and teachers
-Use Excel, QuickBooks, and digital systems with confidence
-Collaborate with staff, vendors, and families to support smooth operations

Today, we're shining a light on Ms. Madelyn Leslie for winning the 13–18 category at the National Agriculture & Trade Show Rodeo with a blazing 19.67 seconds! 🐎

Two weeks after a tough fall she got back up and rode straight to the top. Big shoutout to trainer Mr. Reydy Cruz and River Rock Stables Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant !

Not just students. Sustainable Tourism Ambassadors. 🇧🇿

Imagine being selected to represent your country — and your first assignment is the Caribbean Sustainable Tourism Conference in San Pedro, alongside ministers, regional CEOs, and university professors from across the Caribbean.

That was our wise ones at STC 2026. They didn't just attend. They networked, conducted research, and represented Itz'at and Belize with everything they had. 💪

They also made a stop in Hopkins — immersing themselves in Belizean culture and community. Because you can't champion your country if you don't know its soul.

Belize doesn't just need youth at the table — it needs youth who are guided, grounded, and ready. We saw exactly that this week.
