It's okay to grieve these things...💪⤵️

If you're a dad with little kids...do you still find yourself grieving for the smaller versions of them?

The toddlers who couldn't pronounce certain words, or seeing a toy they don't play with much anymore.

I try to do my best to be fully present with my kids, but my mind wanders to times gone by.

It makes me sad sometimes, but I'm grateful to be right in the middle of this phase.

Teach her that in a world of chaos...❤️⤵️

That your daughter can rise above and become unstoppable.

The father daughter relationship is one that's hard to describe, but a dad wants nothing but the best for his little girl.

Here's what matters...💪⤵️

We are living in a time where it's easier than ever to spread hate and "toxic masculinity."

Masculinity isn't toxic, but when men weaponize it, it can be.

Our sons need to see more positive influences that lead with empathy and strength, while still providing and protecting.

Show your son what a real man should be.

Even on the hard days...💪⤵️

Sometimes you wonder if you are doing enough...

If you are spending enough time with your kids, and your wife.

You wonder if you are providing enough.

I can tell you right now, to all the fathers out there...

You are doing way better than you think!

You saw her tiny face...❤️⤵️

When a father meets his baby girl for the first time, the emotions are....everything.

You're scared, excited and full of love.

But what was that first thing you said to her?

This is the one thing a dad cares about...💪⤵️

A father will spend his whole life making sure that his son is better than him in every way possible.

He is the only man that will ever want this for his son, not his best friend, or any of his peers.

Some may disagree with this...💪⤵️

It's not that there aren't important things outside of fatherhood.

And many men won't raise children and pursue other important endeavors.

But once you become a father, does this not become one of the most important things you'll ever do?

What do you think?
