WRC is back with another collaboration event with F45 gym! 🏋️ This time, challenge yourself with a WRC-exclusive, cardio-based training session at the Masonville F45 training gym 🏃. These effective and efficient training programs are accessible for everyone from any training level & will be guided by energizing instructors!

The session will be next Monday, March 11th at 4:30pm. The price for members is $5 and $10 for non-members (an amazing deal compared to the $30 drop in rate!)

Want to learn more about different fields of rehabilitation from personal accounts? Join us for Coffee Corner ☕️, an exciting opportunity to casually meet with upper-year undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals from various rehabilitation fields! ✨

📚 This event will be taking place in the Community Room in Weldon Library, on Saturday, Feb 3, from 12:30-2:30pm. Students will have the opportunity to have 1-on-1 conversations with guests about their education, work-life balance, and their path to their current position. Light refreshments will be provided & there will be an opportunity to win prizes! 🎖 All are welcome, you don't have to be a member to attend!

WRC! We’re delighted to announce one of our favourite events of the year, Hot Yoga with WRC & Modo Yoga London!

Come DE-STRESS with us just before finals start with an amazing yoga event! Exercise lowers stress by lowering cortisol levels, which is linked to better mood, better metabolism and even better skin! Join us for an in-studio professional hot yoga class at Modo Yoga London Downtown, next Saturday, December 2nd at 1:30pm! The address of the studio is 677 Richmond St. 🧘☺️

This will event feature a panel of first year PT grad students and assistant prof, Laura Brunton - BKin, MSc, MPT, PhD! There will be a brief overview of the courses and clinical placements featured in the program, advice provided by the students, followed by a 30 min Q+A with the students and professor. This event will be taking place next Thursday, November 23rd at 4:30pm in Elborn College Room 1330. Don’t miss out! ✨
