When you have MORE muscle in those areas, your body USES/burns more calories. Essentially, the more muscle you have, the more your body needs to maintain it. Therefore, any excess glucose (sugars) floating around in your body do not get stored as fat. And..this leads to a higher resting metabolic rate. aka..you burn fat while sitting on your couch 💪😀 Join me, ladies.
