Sunshine, movement, and a shared mission. We loved bringing our community together for an outdoor Essentrics class with The Beat 92.5, raising funds for breast cancer research through the Fondation CUSM - MUHC Foundation.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and supported this important cause!

While we spend most of our days at the office planning your streaming workouts and programs, and talking health and wellness, last week we took a day away from our desks and into Sahra’s garden.
 
The agenda: planting, digging, getting our hands dirty, and of course, an outdoor stretch break.
 
A little sunshine, a change of scenery, and a great day spent together as a team. Inspiration comes when you’re able to clear your mind; and a day in the garden always fills your cup.

We recently had opportunity to connect Essentrics with the next generation of healthcare professionals ✨
 
We had the chance to lead a 15 minute stretch break at the Colloque de Santé Mondiale 2026 hosted by and , bringing together thousands of future doctors and healthcare practitioners from across the province.
