A bright room will be available in a 2-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
• Location: Daly Avenue, Sandy Hill – very close to all services and shops.
• Transit: 1–2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.
• 7–10 minutes walk to the University of Ottawa.
• Balcony with a beautiful view of the Rideau River.

Rent: $950 CAD/month – all included (utilities + hydro + internet).
