The OCDSB Speaker Series continues with a free virtual session on Va**ng and substance use: Signs, symptoms and strategies. This session, on Thursday, June 4th starting at 6:30 p.m. for parents, guardians, caregivers, and educators will help you identify signs of use, understand underlying behaviours and learn practical strategies to support your student.

Nepean High families, friends and neighbours! Don't forget that NHS Music Dept's last concert of the year takes place tomorrow night, Wednesday June 3, beginning at 6 p.m. with the Parking Lot Jam - a little outdoor music before we move into the auditorium at 7 p.m.

We will also announce the first winners of the J. Hunter C-14 Honour Award - an award sponsored by NHS Parent Council to celebrate Jeannie Hunter's MusiCounts Teacher of the Year at the 2025 Juno Awards.

Parents and Guardians - it's been a few weeks since report cards! If you were surprised, puzzled or otherwise, and would like to avoid future surprises, remember that you can request a *Visual Evidence Record* at any time from the classroom teacher. The VER gives you an excellent overview of grades for different assignments, projects, quizzes and tests.

Come and see this action-packed comedy on May 6, 7, 8 at 7 PM or May 9 at 2 PM. NHS student actors and the Drama Production class have worked tirelessly to bring this exceptional show to life, and we can't wait to see you there!
