Our superior pastry students, guided by Chef Christophe (.sportellini), had some serious fun bringing these chocolate sculptures to life. From delicate feathers to bold details, every piece was crafted with creativity, precision, and a whole lot of patience 🙌✨

, our students traded the classroom for the vineyard 🍇🍷A day of local wine tastings, exploring the different flavours of a variety of wines, along with a guided tour of the winery where students learned more about how each wine is made, from grape to glass.
And of course, the visit wouldn’t be complete without a beautifully curated charcuterie board to enjoy along the way 🧀✨
