I know it’s been a SUUUUPRE long time since I’ve posted here and I apologize for that! I guess you could say ‘life got in the way’. Like FOUR years in the way!

Well, I’m back! Over the last two years I’ve been on a journey of better health! From having not one but two severe back surgeries and reaching my heaviest weight for 340LBS, to regaining my power, having a healthier relationship with food, and losing 120LBS!

My wife has also been on a journey of better health and together we want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals!
