But some comes from constantly thinking ahead.
Managing timelines.
Preparing for transitions.
Trying not to miss anything important before the month wraps up.
Even moments that are supposed to feel restful can feel tense

It’s not just the number of things on your list.

Over the past few months, this community has grown in a really special way… and we know many of you found us after attending one of our workshops, presentations, or keynotes.
So first of all… welcome. We’re really glad you’re here.
We’re Lisa & Angie, the co-founders of Wotherwill Group, and the faces behind the conversations around habits, wellness, leadership, and sustainable growth.
The work we do is rooted in one belief:
small actions, repeated consistently, can change the way we lead, live, and show up for ourselves.
Not through pressure.
Not through perfection.
And definitely not through “one more thing” added to an already full plate.

No decision.
No plan to stop.

instead of something you’re about to do.
Not because you chose that.
Because it shifted quietly enough
not to interrupt you.
And over time, that shift quietly answers a question:

Messages like this never get old.
When we step into a room, our goal is never just to “do a presentation.” We want people leaving with fresh perspective, practical strategies, meaningful conversations, and ideas they can actually use long after the event ends.
