KEYNOTE SPEAKER HIGHLY ESTEEMED GENERAL NDOLA FRANCIS TALKS TO THE PARTICIPANTS ON SUSTAINABLE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT FOR NATIONAL AND GLOBAL IMPACT. Part 2

Entrepreneurship becomes meaningful when it provides solutions that transform communities and nations. I started with very little capital, but vision, sacrifice, and hard work helped the organization grow.

Building strong capacities and systems is necessary before executing any vision. A positive mindset and determination can change the story of an entire family and generation.

Sustainable enterprises must create economic value, social impact, and environmental responsibility. Businesses should not focus only on profit but also on service, accountability, and national development.

Strong systems and transparency are essential for long-term organizational success. Mentorship, consistency, and focus are key factors in building lasting enterprises. Every entrepreneur must remain committed to learning, innovation, and solving real problems.

Above all, true success comes from purpose, discipline, faith in God, and a commitment to positively impact humanity.

*KEYNOTE SPEAKER HIGHLY ESTEEMED GENERAL NDOLA FRANCIS TALKS TO THE PARTICIPANTS ON SUSTAINABLE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT FOR NATIONAL AND GLOBAL IMPACT* Part 1

I surrendered my life to Christ, believing He alone could fulfill my destiny and purpose on earth. From that moment, I committed myself to spiritual growth, education, and self-development.

Reading the Bible inspired me to become a person who would make a lasting difference in this generation. I realized that even people without great educational backgrounds transformed nations through purpose and faith.

I decided to leave a meaningful legacy for my family and society. From my studies and experiences, I developed a vision centered on evangelism, humanitarian work, and entrepreneurship.

I began building my capacity through seminars, mentorships, trainings, conferences, and personal learning. This vision led to the creation of the Community Humanitarian Emergency Board.

The organization was established to address gaps I observed in society and within the body of Christ. I noticed that many focused only on spiritual salvation while neglecting humanitarian and social needs.

My goal was to combine spiritual impact with practical solutions for human suffering. After launching the organization, many people joined the vision because they believed in the mission.

Within one month, more than 1,200 members became part of the organization. We created departments focused on health, agriculture, education, community development, and chaplaincy. These departments aimed to fight hunger, unemployment, poor education, and social challenges.

The chaplaincy department allowed us to spread Christian values through humanitarian and diplomatic platforms. One year after our launch, we gained partnership with the United Nations.

This opened doors for expansion into countries like the Central African Republic, Chad, Nigeria, France, and the United States. Through persistence and dedication, we established more organizations and companies internationally.

My journey taught me that success begins with surrendering to God and discovering societal problems to solve.

*VISION AND THE 5 THINGS IT IS BUILT ON FINAL PART* Mentorship session with contestants

5. Strategy. Strategy is the system and plan you use to bring your vision to life. It is not enough to have a vision, purpose, solution, and values; you must also know how to execute them effectively.

Strategy answers the question: How will this vision be achieved? It includes the products you create, the methods you use, and the way you market and position your business. For example, if your goal is to solve beauty problems, your strategy may involve creating specific products for different needs and designing the right approach to reach your audience.

A great vision without strategy remains an idea. Strategy is what turns vision into reality and helps every other part of the vision work together successfully.

3. Solution. Every business exists to solve a problem. Many businesses may offer the same solution, but what makes them different is their uniqueness and purpose.

For example, all phones solve the problem of communication, but each brand adds a different experience. One may focus on camera quality, another on durability, another on class and prestige.

The same applies to business. A beautician may solve the problem of poor beauty care, but their uniqueness could be restoring confidence and self-esteem in people.

Another may simply focus on appearance, while another focuses on transformation and identity. Your solution solves a problem, but your purpose gives it meaning and distinction.

4. Values. Values are the standards and principles that protect your vision and build trust in your brand. They shape the quality, integrity, and consistency of your business.

Strong brands succeed because they maintain values. Whether it is customer service, product quality, honesty, or excellence, values are what make people trust and respect your vision.

People are often not just paying for a product; they are paying for the experience, quality, and confidence attached to it. Without values, vision loses credibility. But with strong values, your brand gains loyalty and lasting impact.

2. Purpose. Purpose answers the question: Why does your business deserve a place in the world? What makes your vision unique?

Many businesses may offer similar products, but their uniqueness is different. iPhone, Samsung, and Techno are all phones, yet each has a different identity and purpose. iPhone sells class and status, Techno focuses on durability and affordability, while Samsung emphasize features like camera quality or ease of use.

Your uniqueness is what gives your vision relevance. Some businesses are built for affordability, while others are built for exclusivity and prestige. Different people are attracted to different values.

That is why you must understand what makes your vision different. If your uniqueness is clearly defined, your business will always have a place because purpose gives vision identity and direction.

*VISION AND THE 5 THINGS IT IS BUILT ON PART 2* Mentorship Session with Contestants by Sir Nyenti Eta Boris

A vision is bigger than a product. Products may attract customers, but vision builds people, families, and communities committed to the mission.
I'm going to give you an example, if you want to calculate how much i will charge or how much my IT department will charge or how much my operational department will charge if they were to charge for money, the one million i spent will be small as i would give more to them.

But you know why they are doing it, because they believe in the vision. When people buy into a vision, they give their time, energy, and skills to make it succeed. If you only sell products, you may have temporary clients.

But when you sell a vision, you build a loyal community. That is why strong brands and movements last; people become emotionally connected to what they represent.

A clear vision creates unity and commitment. It removes ambiguity and answers important questions so that everyone involved understands the mission and their role in bringing it to life.

*VISION AND THE 5 THINGS IT IS BUILT ON PART 1* Mentorship Session with Contestants by Sir Nyenti Eta Boris

Vision is the ability to see the future and contribute to creating it through products, services, or solutions. Anyone with vision sees beyond present conditions and works toward a better reality. For example, when I look at Cameroon, I see good roads, proper infrastructure, and a better nation. That may not be the current reality, but vision pushes us to create solutions that can make it possible.

That is why someone may start a construction company not just to make money, but to help build that future. Your product is not the goal; the vision is the goal. The product is simply a tool to help bring the vision to life. We don’t market products; we market visions through products.

The first thing vision is built on is clarity. The picture must be clear. What future are you trying to create? What problem are you solving?Take NBBS Nation Building Business Summit. The vision is to raise citizens and entrepreneurs who actively participate in building the future they want to see instead of only complaining about problems.

Nation building happens when people rise with ideas, solutions, and innovations that transform society.
