I’m thrilled to announce the cold training event in the Bavarian alps 🏔️ with beautiful spots and a lot of opportunities to become comfortable with the uncomfortable 😳🥶🥳 text me and I’m happy to share more details with you ❄️❄️❄️

Exactly one year ago I was plunging under this waterfall in Alps and the vision came up to host a cold training in the mountains. Taking control of the inside to overcome the obstacles of the outside world. 🥶🥳

For the November cold training that I host we will marinate in this beautiful mountain lake. ⛰️ If icebathing is easy for you, I encourage you to swim. It’s about 1000m back and forth. That’s one of the beauty of the cold - you can always adjust- to expand your comfort zone more and more. And in return get a rush of happiness afterwards and be comfortable with stressful situations in your life. And suffering and pain will disappear 🫠
