Dear children, enjoy life, be curious and never lose your imagination!
Right now, many children are starting their first school lesson in life. Personally, I wish them all success and that they do not lose their curiosity in the first social system in which they are supposed to "function". School today is unfortunately still an evaluation system, which often has nothing to do with later life.

Do you know this? Sometimes an idea or a style develops all by itself. So it is with the portrait birthday cards this year. They are elaborate, but hopefully a lasting memory. Additionally, I have a good reason to sit down at the tablet....

Sometimes I draw characters that are influenced by people I know from my environment. It's hard to find a name without it being too similar.

So I ask you: what name would you give the character?

Try something new ... And simply be inspired.

Friends for life are rare but not untraceable. The important thing, as everywhere in life, is balance.

Sometimes friends may go different ways, but eventually converge again. Everything takes time, you just have to wait and see.

Do you sometimes have phases where you want to be creative, but somehow you can't? You know it would do you good, but you just can't do it?

Sometimes it helps to just pause and above all to endure, because creative power also needs a break sometimes …

A little time has passed, but I have not been idle. I have been trying to be creative in my spare time - not so easy I tell you. I can actually live out many creative impulses in my job, but sometimes there is a lack of inspiration in my private life.

Fortunately, there are birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations to which I can contribute something creative.

The Christmas season was particularly creative. Besides the own gifts that were prepared, there were a few commissioned works...
