DAB Development Research and Training PLC is assembling an elite training team for a large-scale digital literacy program. This initiative empowers young women entrepreneurs across Addis Ababa, Hawassa, and Borcha.

💼 What the company is looking for:

✅ Experience: Proven track record delivering digital skills training (mobile phone use, mobile money/DFS, social media for business).

✅ Target Audience: Hands-on experience working with MSMEs and micro-entrepreneurs.

✅ Methodology: Strong soft skills training background, facilitation, coaching, and confidence-building for adult learners.

✅ Languages: Fluency in Amharic is required (Afaan Sidama is a strong advantage).

✅ Mindset: Patience, high energy, and a genuine passion for women’s economic empowerment.

👩‍🏫 Note: Female trainers are strongly preferred, as our participants learn best with facilitators who share their lived experiences.

Duration: ~3.5 months (Part-time during delivery)
