Not every investment grows in a bank account.
Some grow in memories, sunsets, and the people you meet along the way. 🇫🇷 🌞🌴

Everyone sees the finish line, but not the days when the grind felt unbearable. You don’t see the sessions where we felt like quitting, where everything hurt, where we thought we couldn’t keep up. But that’s the reality. You show up anyway. You do the work whether you feel great or awful. It’s not about always hitting perfect times or feeling ready. It’s about pushing forward, showing up, and trusting that consistency wins. That’s what’s behind every result. getting the job done 🇫🇷

The night before HYROX is never really about sleep…
Your body is in bed, but your mind is already racing.
Thinking about every run, every station, every transition.
How hard you’ll push the sled, how you’ll attack the wall balls, how bad it’s gonna hurt… and how much you want it anyway.
That mix of stress, excitement and obsession is part of the game. 🫀 🏃🏻‍♂️

Beyond the race, this is what we’ll remember the most.
The trip to Helsinki, the laughs, the stress before the start line, meeting amazing people from everywhere and sharing the same passion.

More than a competition, it’s memories, energy and moments that stay with us forever

Post race vibes at HYROX Copenhagen, a little bit deception 🤣 as said 🤣
Dead legs, random laughs, meeting people from everywhere, sharing stories like we’ve known each other for years… honestly this is one of the best parts of HYROX. The race lasts 1 hour.
The memories and people you meet stay way longer 🫶 🇩🇰

Some days you do everything right.
You prepare, sacrifice, plan every detail, trying to make everything perfect… and still, race day doesn’t always go your way.

That’s sport. That’s life.

You can’t control the unexpected, the fatigue, the pressure, or how your body feels every second.
But you can control your mindset, your effort, and the way you keep fighting when things stop being perfect.

At the end, champions aren’t the ones who only win on good days.
They’re the ones who keep showing up on the bad ones too.

🇫🇮2 weeks before the race everything went wrong.
Tibial Fatigue fracture . Sickness. No sleep. Frustration.
I was scared to not to be able to race remembering all the work i put in.

Race day came.
9h shift before the start as a head judge, supporting for his@morning race at 8 , legs dead, body exhausted… but my mind was somewhere else.

I went out so fast at the beginning because deep inside I just wanted to be on top.
At every station I imagined us being first.
I kept telling myself:
“I don’t care how I feel today. I’m ready to die in this race.”

And honestly… I shocked myself with my performance.
It wasn’t my physique carrying me that day.
It was pure mindset.

I went crying after the finish line.
Not because it was perfect.
But because we made it together. ❤️
