Nobody sees the mornings that started in darkness.
The discipline and sacrifices
The nights when everyone else logged off… and we stayed.

They see the result.
The body.
The business.
The opportunity.
The lifestyle

And because they weren’t there for the thousands of small decisions that built it, they call it luck.

Luck is a convenient story.
It erases the discipline.
It softens the sacrifices.
It hides the uncomfortable truth.

Results are never random.

They are built slowly, privately and often painfully… long before anyone is watching.

Hosted another event in Paris (France)
I’ve already done 4 and it’s only February.

Every level up looks delusional
to the version of you who hasn’t lived it yet..

akerlund thank you for inspiring me to take chances. I adore you

I caught a virus on my last business trip.
It felt like death.

Dehydration.Weakness.No strength or energy. Fever.

So I went to a private recovery facility.

IV drip.
Quiet rooms.
Clean sheets.
Sauna. Massage.
Silence. Nature.

Because I don’t romanticise suffering.
I romanticise the experience of being alive.

And sitting there alone,
I had a thought:

“Nobody really cares”

It’s truly liberating when you really think of it

When you tell people you’re struggling, most don’t want to help you rise.

They want to witness the fall.
They want proof that life humbles everyone eventually.
They want reassurance that you are human too.

And that’s fine.

But I don’t build my life around being witnessed in my weakness.

My philosophy is simple.

I take the situation.
I dress it beautifully.
I let it serve me. I let it teach me.

Life. Business. Pain. Recovery.
It’s all material.

Life is short.

Far too short to drag yourself through it hoping someone notices how hard it is.

So I learned to romanticize the experience of being alive and being human

I turn the breakdown into a pause.
The low point into a reset.
The inconvenience into a upgrade.

People don’t show up for your struggle the way you imagine.

They don’t lean in when you’re depleted.

They watch.
They wait.
And yes, some quietly enjoy the dimming of your light.

There’s an addiction to being seen “going through it.”
As if public suffering makes you more authentic.

It doesn’t.

Life is short.
Short enough that carrying your wounds into every room is wasted energy.

Take the setback.
Take the disruption.
Take the low moment.
Turn it into a scene that still belongs to you.

Life is an art.
Pain reminds us, we’re alive

If you’re going to be sick, recover beautifully.
If you’re going to be tired, rest strategically.
If you’re going to be hit, get up with composure.

Because the world doesn’t reward visible struggle.
It responds to momentum.

The real flex isn’t collapsing publicly.

It’s refusing to pause your life for an audience that was never coming anyway.

No one is coming to save you.

So you might as well make your life beautiful.

That’s the art.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve been called too woo woo because even though I’ve studied brain science and behavioral psychology I’m also deeply spiritual.

My work isn’t just based on logic, it never did.

I use science, energy work, psychology, astrology and ritual work with my clients.

Being “too woo” is usually what people say when they haven’t studied how change and transformation actually happens and when they don’t understand its power to transform them

Business and legacies are not built on logic alone.

It’s built on perception, timing, identity and decision making under pressure.

That’s where spirituality lives.

In pattern recognition.
In nervous system regulation.
In knowing when to push and when to wait.
In choosing aligned moves instead of reactive ones.

Esoteric Astrology can be an effective timing tool
It shows when to launch,
when to pause,
when to invest and when forcing growth costs more than it will pay back.

Astrology doesn’t predict events contrary to what western astrologers on TikTok say

It shows us patterns and shows how matter turns into physical form through timing, energetics, choice and action.

Ritual and energy work regulate your internal state so decisions come from clarity instead of stress.
When your nervous system is steady,
your ex*****on sharpens and money flows with less friction.

You already use it, whether you admit it or not.

Intuition.
Gut instinct. Energy in a room.
You just don’t like the label.

I don’t separate business and spirituality because they were never separate.

One shapes how you think.
The other amplifies how you act.

When strategy ignores the inner world,
it collapses under stress.

When spirituality ignores ex*****on, it stays theoretical.

I work where they meet.
I blend science and spirituality
Because scaling in business requires clarity.
And clarity is an inner game first.

Call it woo woo if you want.
Results don’t care what you call them.
