Every year on June 21st, the streets of Paris transform into a vibrant concert venue, and everyone gets a free ticket. Every street corner, every park, every bar terrace. The music is free, all day and into the night.

When in Paris, even the smallest chefs get the biggest welcome

Our Kids' Chocolate Class runs for two hours, ages 6 to 12, kids only! They work with their chef to make chocolate bears, caramel lollipops, truffles and their own custom bars; tasty treats AND theyโ€™ll be hands-on with the proper technique behind crafting chocolates in Paris.

While that is happening, parents have an option of their own. Our 2-hour Croissant Class runs at the same time, so you can learn how to make your own croissants and pain au chocolat while the kids are busy becoming little chocolatiers.

Stone fruit season in Paris runs roughly from June through August. Apricots are one of the first to arrive, and the window for good ones is short.

The simplest way to check before you buy: pick one up. A ripe apricot feels heavier than it looks, because it is full of juice. If it feels light for its size, it was picked too early, and it will taste like nothing.

Nuit Blanche is back tonight for its 25th edition, this means that the city is handing itself over to contemporary art for one full night. ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜†. Museums open late. Installations, performances, and projections across every arrondissement, from 7pm until the early hours.

It has been a changeable week in Paris. One dry morning, then three hours of rain, then sunshine, then more rain.
