In Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, acupressure and marma points are considered gateways into the body’s subtle energetic systems — known as meridians in TCM and nadis in yogic and Ayurvedic traditions.

The hands are powerful vessels of healing. Within the fingers, hands, and arms live pathways connected to the heart, lungs, and pericardium — the protective sheath surrounding the heart. These points are woven into both my Face Yoga and Myofascial Release practices as a way to invite self-regulation, softness, circulation, and deeper energetic awareness.

In both my private and public sessions, we explore the many ways to work with these healing points through movement, self-massage, breathwork, and presence.

Hi from beautiful Oleron island 🐚 this evening I am following up on my three part series on supporting fatigue and helping to improve sleep.
Today we take care of front body as remember Ing to take care of the body’s stress response So it can be deeply helpful to calm some of the mental busyness and nervous system instability that keep us unsettled.

One of the most helpful principles to do that is by returning the mind to the body, because so much of our time is spent in our heads.
