Inclusion goes beyond the classroom. Dyslexia is lifelong.

One of the simplest ways to support dyslexic colleagues is to make communication clearer.

Consider:
- Sharing agendas before meetings
- Breaking long documents into shorter sections
- Using bullet points rather than dense text

These changes improve clarity for everyone, not just dyslexic employees.
