Chakras and Reiki are often spoken about together, but they are not the same thing.
One helps us understand the body through energetic centres.
The other is a healing practice that works with energy.
And while both can open a doorway into deeper awareness, the work still asks us to listen to what the body is actually holding.
Because healing is not about memorizing concepts.
It is about understanding the language of the body, the nervous system, and the patterns that keep repeating beneath the surface.
Inside NeuroSomatics, we don’t just talk about energy.
We learn how to meet the body with safety, presence, and deeper awareness.

Sometimes your reaction feels bigger than the moment because your body is not only responding to what is happening now.
It may also be remembering what happened before.
The times you did not feel safe.
The moments you had to stay quiet.
The emotions you had to hold in.
The patterns your nervous system learned in order to protect you.
So when something small suddenly feels overwhelming, it does not always mean you are overreacting.
It may mean a part of your body is still waiting to feel safe.
NeuroSomatics helps you listen to these responses instead of judging them.
Because the body is not trying to be dramatic.
It is trying to complete what it once had to carry.

Sometimes, the feeling itself is not what keeps us stuck.
It is the way we learned to resist it.
To numb it.
Control it.
Explain it away.
Push through it before the body has had a chance to process what it is carrying.
Every emotion carries energy.
And when that energy is interrupted, suppressed, or judged, the nervous system can continue holding it long after the moment has passed.
This is why understanding alone is not always enough.
The body does not just need to know what happened.
It needs enough safety to complete what was left unfinished.
This is the work of NeuroSomatics.
Creating the conditions for the body to soften, release, and return to a deeper sense of regulation.
The feeling was never the problem.
The body just needed space to move through it.
Nailed it 🙏🏽
The one place I know I’m irreplaceable is besides the two of you.
Thank You God 🙏🏽♥️🧿

Most of us try to change by working only with the mind.
We try to think better, react less, stay calm, and understand our patterns.
But so much of what we carry lives deeper than thought.
It shows up in the nervous system.
In tension.
In emotional reactions.
In burnout.
In the way we protect ourselves without even realising.
NeuroSomatics works with the body where many of these patterns are held.
Because when the body feels safe enough to soften, healing stops feeling forced.
It starts feeling real.

The body has been speaking all along.
Through the tension you learned to ignore.
The emotions that stayed beneath the surface.
The patterns that kept repeating even when you thought you had moved on.
The signals that were never random, only unheard.
NeuroSomatics teaches you how to listen to the body in a deeper way.
Not only through what someone says, but through what their nervous system, breath, posture, energy, and emotional patterns are already communicating.
This practitioner training is for those who are ready to expand the way they support healing.
To understand the body beyond symptoms.
To create safety before release.
To learn how to meet what the body has been holding with presence, skill, and depth.

This is what it can look like when the body finally feels safe enough to release. Not every healing moment is still and not every breakthrough is quiet.
Sometimes, the body needs movement, tremors, breath, sound, and space to express what words could never fully explain.
In NeuroSomatics, we are not forcing the body to let go. We are creating the conditions for it to feel safe enough to speak.
Because trauma is not only held in the mind. It can live in the nervous system, the muscles, the breath, the posture, and the patterns we carry every day.
And when the body begins to release, it is not chaos, It is intelligence, It is completion.
It is the nervous system finding its way back to safety.
The new Vancouver cohort registrations are now open.

This is what it can look like when trauma finally starts leaving the body.
Sometimes, it looks like the body moving in ways it was never allowed to before.
Shaking.
Softening.
Opening.
Letting the nervous system complete what it once had to hold.
This is not performance. This is the body speaking.
In NeuroSomatics, we don’t force the release.
We create the safety for the body to begin.
