We share our love of cooking through teaching children and teenagers how to create their very own dishes from scratch.
It was a scorcher today but wow you guys were amazing !!! There was no complaining just pure joy at being able to see our friends and enjoy another cookstars class. I am so proud of you all !! There aren’t many photos as we were just so busy weighing and mixing all of our ingredients tonight. Lime and coconut cakes smelt amazing !!!

We alternate between sweet and savoury dishes, giving children the chance to learn new skills, discover different cuisines and try ingredients they may never have tasted before. 🌍🍴

Summer camp is NEXT month !! We have air con !!! Come and join us for a FULL day cooking and having fun - did I mention we have air con ? Everything is included and all allergies can be catered for !!!

We will be keeping a eye on the venue for tomorrow evenings class. Currently we are set up with fans and students will be getting ice lollies or icecream during the session ensuring all our students are kept cool during this weather is a top priority
Another amazing academy session and wow was it hot !!! Making vanilla slices with honeycomb. The kitchen felt incredibly warm and you all did so well ! Making custard from scratch and honey comb from scratch I hope you all managed to put them together at home when they had cooled. See you all next week for cooler conditions in the kitchen!

With the temperature suspected to be super hot this week please remember your child’s water bottle.
The Met Office has issued a four-day extreme heat warning for most of the South West which will will see temperatures rise to 37C 🥵☀️
Classes are continuing and drinks will be offered for all students.

The Batheaston class the morning another amazing session for Father’s Day. Making delicious lime and sweet coconut cakes there was a LOT of mixing and weighing today. I hope you all get to enjoy your cakes - maybe share some ? See you all next week
