What a great evening!
Thankyou to everyone who came to our CHSA Summer Fayre tonight.
The weather was kind and everyone came together for another amazing event. Water pistols were fired, burgers eaten, hair sprayed, raffles won and everyone had a wonderful time. It was lovely to see past pupils and pupils with their families who will join us in September.
Thankyou to our CHSA and parents/grandparents who helped organise and run the event. To my staff who stayed on and ran all the stalls - you are the best! To the staff/parents who cleaned up and will get school ready for tomorrow morning - thankyou.

Year 5 had a great time trying out new instruments in the Music Van today. We had some very talented musicians making great music! Thank you to our CHSA for organising this.

Year 1 had a lovely Welly Wednesday creating England kits, leaf bashing, phonics activities and an observational drawing.

World Cup fever has hit Year 6 today! Come on England!

Thank you to the CHSA for paying for the music bus to be at school today. Year 6 really enjoyed learning and playing the different musical instruments.

Year 6 have led EYFS in PE today. We practiced our throwing and catching skills and led our seeds brilliantly!

The Burnley HAF - Fun Food and Friends Family Fun Day returns next month! ☀️

This much‑loved community event will be held at Thompson Park on Sunday 5th July, 11am–3pm.

Bring the whole family for a brilliant day out featuring:

Soo..... over the next few weeks I am going to be launching a new period tracker bracelet. These bracelets have proven to work well with teenagers in tracking their periods and where abouts in their cycle they are. I can't wait to show you all! 🫶🩷

Our Year 5 & 6 cricketers are having a fab day at Burnley Cricket Club competing against lots of different schools. They are improving with every game and showing great encouragement and support to each other!
