☀️ Service Update – 24th & 25th June 2026 ☀️

Due to the exceptionally high temperatures expected over the coming days, Tutors & Exams will be operating on reduced support hours on 24th and 25th June 2026.

The wellbeing of our team remains a priority, and these temporary arrangements will help support colleagues who may be affected by the heatwave and school closures.

Whilst our response times may be slightly longer than usual, we remain available to support candidates, parents, partners and stakeholders, and all essential services will continue to operate.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and thank you for your continued support.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who helped make this exam series a resounding success.

Well done to our candidates for their hard work and determination – you did it! Getting through exam season is a true team effort, so a massive thank you to all the parents and guardians for their support and encouragement.

We also want to extend a huge thank you to our incredible team for working tirelessly behind the scenes: Our centre staff, invigilators, learning partners, and every single person involved in the exam process. We couldn’t have done it without you all.

If you are sitting exams with us in Autumn 2026 and require Access Arrangements, please note that the Cambridge deadline is just a few days away!

All supporting evidence must be submitted by the following dates:

🗓 Cambridge: 22nd June
🗓 JCQ: 7th September

⚠️ Important: Please ensure all evidence is received by these dates. We are strictly unable to process late submissions under any circumstances.
