One of the best things you can do for your face is to maintain your posture regularly!

Puffiness, puffiness, dull and faded skin are all possible when your posture is compromised!

๐Ÿ“ŒOur body is a single system with our spine at the centre. Therefore, poor posture is the cause of abnormal functioning of the entire body, including the skin.

The main signs of poor posture are:
๐Ÿ”˜ a double chin.
๐Ÿ”˜ dry skin
๐Ÿ”˜ drooping lip corners
๐Ÿ”˜ wrinkles
๐Ÿ”˜ puffiness
