One of my favourite parts of yoga is forever being a student and I'm super grateful to be able to learn from and the rest of the wonderful group over the next few weeks!
In last week's session Nikita shared how in yoga we can come away with as many questions as we do answers and this has definitely been my experience with the practice!
As someone who likes to go at things 100% and tries to learn "everything", there's something quietly reassuring in knowing that we'll never fully know it all and that how you relate to your own yoga practice can (and will!) constantly evolve ☺️ (more reflections on this to come if and when I can carve out the time to post more on IG!)
Thanks to everyone who joined me for classes in 2025 and to everyone who managed to make it during a busy December! All proceeds from December classes have now been donated to Richmond Food Bank - see you in 2026 ☺️

⚠️ *Sat 15/3 Class cancellation - no class this morning* 🤒
I'm so sorry to have to cancel last minute today - I'm recovering from a cold and have woken up with absolutely no voice this morning 😖
For anyone with valid 6 class passes - I'll extend the expiry date by a week!
