Earlier this week Jon Mason, our CEO, delivered an exciting face to face facilitation event with 19 aspiring executive leaders undertaking their NPQEL. A brilliant day full of energy, ambition and leadership growth.

We’re delighted to be attending the 2026 BASL Conference hearing from inspiring speakers, sharing ideas, and collaborating with fellow Bucks leaders.

Today our CEO, Jon Mason, had the absolute joy of stepping in to cover Orchard View’s Foundation Stage and mixed Year 1/2 classes, giving teachers time to support Mrs Jones (Head of Academy) with interviews as the academy grows and recruits new talent for next year.

"The children were inspiring — confidently sharing their learning on the theme of growth and showing brilliant energy in phonics as they mastered the “oo” grapheme. Later, the Year 1/2 pupils impressed me further with thoughtful written explanations of the Hindu Holi Festival.

Thank you, Orchard View, for welcoming me into your classrooms today. It was a real privilege to spend time with such fantastic pupils and staff."

Last week Chepping View SCITT were delighted to welcome Linda Lyons to work with our trainees on the power and magic of storytelling.

The session was engaging, interactive, and filled with practical insights. Our future primary teachers left the session feeling motivated and excited to apply what they’ve learned, ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children they teach.
