R7 have been very busy! We visited Asda with our shopping lists to buy the ingredients for our smoothies.
Did anyone notice one our pupils buying olives?

G3 have been learning about insulation. They have been making ear defenders with cups and testing different materials.

Last week base 4 braved the rain to attend an Eco day at Thurstaston Country Park. We learnt about caring for our environment and local community. Pupils took part in a range of activities such as identifying wild flowers and plants, learning about flood resistant housing and the equipment surveyors use to survey the land. We also learnt about sustainable fishing and caring for our oceans and planted sun flower seeds.

Two of our brilliant Semi-Formal classes had a lovely time visiting our Carrbridge Cafe yesterday. ☕️

Class M1 have been learning about the weather with Thom this week. M1 really enjoyed spending time in the field and really engaged with the lesson.

G4 have been practicing using self check out tills this week.

Ethan is a Teaching Assistant Level 3. He is currently based in our Semi-Formal pathway. He completed a Drawing and Talking course recently to help support both our students and our staff. We are so proud of him.
