NOVEMBER // Lots and lots of yoga teaching with two incredible groups at . I am humbled, grateful and definitely a little bit wiser thanks to the knowledge and skill of these cohorts of yoga teachers in training. Look out world!

OCTOBER // Started my PhD in Drama at . It’s been a few years since I’ve been an official student, and I’m so excited to be studying inclusive learning environments in musical theatre, pulling from my own training experiences, the past ten years of teaching and learning I’ve done as a yogi, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, and finally reading all those books I’d not yet made time for!

SEPTEMBER // A blissful Turkish holiday with 😍

JUNE // I got to play with goats. Did I mention I love goats?! The boys also got comfortable in our temporary home in Canada Water (thanks to ).

APRIL // About time it makes the grid: said yes! Looking forward to many more years of Simpsons references, explicit compound words and endless sound effects. I love this man.
