Delighted to share that I’ve contributed a chapter to a new book by the Institute of Challenging Disorganization.
The book title is The Chronic Disorganization Tapestry: How to Thrive Despite Organizing Challenges. And my chapter focuses on time management and organising skills for students of all ages, especially those affected by ADHD and chronic disorganisation.
It’s been wonderful to collaborate with a global team of experts, each exploring a different aspect of , sharing evidence-based insights as well as practical strategies and solutions.

I shared top tips on how to stop procrastinating & manage time more effectively. There's more to than getting things done. It involves focusing on what matters most & being intentional about how you spend your most precious resource, your time.

How to get organised and plan revision for exams
If your child is worried about how to plan revision and make best use of the upcoming spring break, I'm offering a limited number of 'power hour' 1-2-1 study skills coaching sessions via zoom on Sat 9 April, Sun 10 April or Mon 11 April.
During the one-hour session, I'll outline key revision strategies and help your child to plan an effective and realistic study schedule. We'll discuss their goals and obstacles relating to motivation - what will drive them forward and what might hold them up - as well as practical tips to boost memory and overcome procrastination.
