Join me for my Drama Workshop on Awareness this Saturday at 3pm at the Omnibus Theatre. We will be exploring ways to be more aware in our every day life. Being aware of our surroundings, of ourselves and others, of the relationship between the emotional and the physical, makes us more empathetic which in turn improves our relationship to other but also to ourselves.
