We've been a little quiet recently, and that is unfortunately due to our funding coming to an end. But fear not! While we might not be able to physically send out resource packs, you can still request the digital resources by emailing us at [email protected] !
Thank you so much to everyone that has supported this project over the past few years. We have made over 10,000 filter wheels with participants across the world. Whilst we wait patiently for Rosalind Franklin to launch in 2028, keep an eye out - we may return!

Hello everyone! It has been a while since we have posted so thought we would give an update as to what we have been up to.
Our founders have been busy finishing off their PhD's and preparing for the next step in their careers, so Eyes on Mars will be coming to an end at the end of the summer - but do not worry! There are ways to get involved before we say goodbye.
We are currently working to deliver the last of our resources out to groups across the UK - if you are interested in requesting them please get in touch via email ([email protected])
We are also going to be presenting the outcomes of Eyes on Mars at the International Astronomy Unions conference, Communicating Astronomy to the Public (CAP2024) in Toulouse later this month. If you will be there, please come and say hi!

Our founder Catherine is giving a lecture all about Eyes on Mars TODAY at the Royal Astronomical Society! It will be happening twice at 1pm and 6pm, online and in person.
