On the fifth day of Christmas, CoLA gave to me... A trip to get help our Year 12s get career ready 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ Thank you Career Ready and Tideway!

Earlier this week, our students heard about careers in real estate from Brockton Everlast CEO David Marks. Many thanks to our inspiring speaker and to Mayor's Fund for London for facilitating this wonderful opportunity!

Our new Career Ready cohort started their year-long career readiness programme yesterday, kicking off with a workshop on self awareness and personal values. Next up: a networking masterclass!

Yesterday, our Year 12 Business students took part in Urban Land Institute's urban planning workshop. They were tasked with designing a real estate development and land use project. Congrats to the winning team!

Last Friday was a productive day for these Year 13 students. They met employers and learnt all about their apprenticeship options at the What Next? career fair in the morning, then many of them had an exam in the afternoon!

Every one of our Year 13 students got to practice their job interview skills yesterday, thanks to the amazing team and volunteers from . With 200 interviews in a single day, it was a heroic effort from everyone involved!
